Little Archers

One of the oldest sports in the world, archery was traditionally used to hunt. In modern times it is often shown in the media as a powerful weapon; think Katniss Everdeen from the Hunger Games and Hawkeye from the ever popular Marvel films franchise.

Archery requires skill, composure and accuracy. Recognised as an Olympic sport, it has been around since 1900! Although it is deceptively tricky, our instructors will be on hand to teach the kids what they need to know to hit the target spot on.

Archery Lessons for Kids

Let the arrow fly and join us for an archery lesson with the kids – suitable for children aged 3-7 years old. A fantastic activity for everyone, whether you need to sit or stand, bring out your child’s inner Robin Hood and learn all about hand-eye coordination while playing a range of target games.

Archery is a great way to teach kids discipline, aim and focus. It can be a very fulfilling activity and help them achieve a sense of accomplishment. We provide all the equipment and training within your session, so you can simply turn up and follow the instructions from your guide. 

It’s just £3.00 for a class, which is more than enough time for them to practise their technique in the firing range. We would recommend wearing clothing which is suitable for the weather and allows you to move in comfortably. Sensible shoes are important for balance and accuracy during this activity.
